By accessing or using the Hirsch Creek Golf & Winter Club website and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Use of Facilities
All users of Hirsch Creek Golf & Winter Club facilities agree to:
- Follow all posted rules and regulations
- Respect staff, members, and other guests
- Maintain appropriate dress code for each facility
- Use equipment properly and responsibly
- Report any damage or safety concerns to staff
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Golf Course Rules
Golfers must adhere to the following:
- Proper golf attire required (no denim, athletic shorts acceptable)
- Maintain pace of play (maximum 4 hours 15 minutes for 18 holes)
- Repair ball marks and replace divots
- Observe cart path rules and restrictions
- Allow faster groups to play through
- No outside alcohol permitted on course
Curling Rink Rules
Curlers must follow these guidelines:
- Clean footwear required on ice surface
- Respect ice time schedules
- Return all equipment to proper storage
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Bookings and Cancellations
For tee times, ice rentals, and reservations:
- Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in person
- 24-hour cancellation notice required for full refund
- Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of booking
- No-shows may be subject to charges
Membership Terms
Membership at Hirsch Creek Golf & Winter Club is subject to:
- Annual membership fees are non-refundable
- Memberships are non-transferable
- Members must maintain good standing
- Violation of rules may result in suspension or termination
Liability and Assumption of Risk
By using our facilities, you acknowledge that:
- Golf, curling, and other activities involve inherent risks
- You participate at your own risk
- The club is not responsible for personal injury or property damage except where caused by gross negligence
- You are responsible for your own belongings
Website Use
When using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making bookings or registrations
- Not attempt to interfere with website operations
- Not reproduce or distribute website content without permission
- Accept that website availability is not guaranteed
